The good news is that it’s a cinch to get your FAA ATP. A first class medical, a simple written, took me 20 minutes. You might have to take a course now? Hardest part for me was filling the form out at the FSDO.

I was old school and did it before they changed the rules and made it way easier.
I later climbed the certificate ladder and thought about going back to Canada and getting the “booklet.”
I decided against it because it would really just be an exercise in giving Canada money that I would never get any use.
But yeah, good luck in the next few years.
Maybe after the Louisiana purchase, and Alaska; we’ll buy Alberta. I’d love that.

I think I had to write the FAA IFP for that? One weekend of study.
For the FAA ATP knowledge test, I just memorized the test bank. It was easier than learning the material.
And yeah, I’m looking forward to visiting Alberta without having to clear customs. It’s where I was born. Cold Lake. Maybe I can vote in the separation referendum.

Yeah, there's something about people who live in cities and become divorced from reality, and mental illness ensues.
I know Canadians think I'm a moron compared to them, but Canada badly needed an electoral college to avoid the mentally ill people in Toronto and Montreal from dictating to the rest of the disenfranchised nation, whom are now slowly, after decades and decades of abuse, finally leaving.
What I don't get is why Alberta stuck around after the National Energy Policy in 1980 from TrudeauV1. Do you know how many billions of dollars Albertans have paid since then, to elitist Laurentian assholes who laugh at the west and try to destroy it to please their Leftist Hollywood friends? Can I ask why it took Albertans 45 years to notice this?
