Anyone spend any time driving a Colt?

Personal bias:  I am not a big fan of the colt
or tri-pacer.  However I am quite fond of the
tailwheel pacer/colt.  With these aircraft - they
are so old! - be sure to inspect:

- fabric for condition
- lower tubes for corrosion
- internal Lycoming corrosion

I should mention that these short-wing pipers
are not well known for their short field performance
under high density altitude conditions.  Many
other rag-wing pipers have much more wing
and hence a much lighter wing loading.

Just poking around at this point. But the yellow birdie in Owen Sound caught my eye.

In 2016 I hope to start the year by finding a good flight instructor to work with and we'll go from there.

Do one flight with Gerry Younger in the S-2A
at Kitchener-Waterloo.

It will build character.

One of the advantages of being a BAD PERSON
is that you get to fly all sorts of neat stuff.

AND completely humble you.  I still say he's 60 until I can get a hold of an original birth certificate.

Indeed.

Go fly with Gerry!  He taught me everything
I know.  Took 1.5 minutes.

After spending thousands of hours in Trike 150's recently I had the pleasure of spending an entire week doing nothing but
flying a Cessna 150 Texas Taildragger and Decathlon doing tailwheel training.

It was perhaps one of the most enjoyable weeks of flying I've ever experienced.

Around here, you wake up to colorful sunrises, fly all day with students who stay executive accommodation on the field
and go home to watch amazing sunsets.

Now to figure out how to include images on a post.
